So to bring you all up to date, both incarnations of this layout will start again soon but this time as customer commissions, the front end will be pretty much identical to as set out above on laser cut baseboards, The rear part of the layout around the turn table will see the GW fittings ditched in favour of LNWR and LYR fittings for a distinctively Northern feel but I will reuse all of the buildings but anything with brown paint will get a coat of maroon. updates will follow

 

With Maple Road gone attention turns toward two new projects and the first parts of Marches Road Midland have arrived. We may not use all of them but most will be.
