The last of the shinies that arrived this week. A spray booth. Never took it out the box ........ every minute is a prisoner at the moment whilst I check my packing for tomorrows flight. cheers for now Toto
That looks like the same one I have Toto, they work great, I don't know what I did without it now. No more paint fumes/fog lingering in the work area or getting high on the fumes Ive got a longer tube so I could work at the bench and pump the fumes outside 4 meters way just so happens that it uses the same size pipe as my Race cars Front Brake's Cooling duct so luckily had a big spare lenght of the flexible silicone duct.
It'll be a couple of weeks at least until its brought out in anger. Get the holidays out the way first and a couple more wagons built. Then I can do a production line spray job. cheers Toto
Look the same as mine as well, and the hose is the same size as Tumble drier ducting. Works well, acrylics produce little in the way of fumes, so can be used without the ducting, Enamels however need to be vented out doors. Paul
Looks like the same one I have too. It came with a length of flexible piping, and I made a fitting for the end to hook over the opened Velux window so it stays in place and doesn't damage anything on the layout since it passes over it. I only use acrylic paints, but have no desire to breath paint mist, so it's been very useful for several jobs so far. Keith.
Ahhhhh well, does that mean I'm in the paint shop club Let's wait and see the results first. Cheers Toto
