    IMG_0309.JPG IMG_0314.JPG IMG_0315.JPG Yet another stalled WIP - thoughts about lighting up Helmsdale shed. I'm not a fan of layout lighting as a rule, but it will be needed when I get around to putting a bit of detail inside. String of LED's with a battery pack as the shed lifts off for access so it has to be self contained.

    G`day Ben,
    I don`t know if this may be of any help to you, but I wired a removable Goods Shed in such a way that power was supplied to two brass plates that sat on the baseboard top and matching brass plates underneath the Goods Shed sat on top of them to receive power.....no need for a battery pack.

    Nice, I also have a Brass Yankee tank (with a set of P4 wheels to go with it) waiting to be rescued from storage - maybe one day.
