Dear Gormo, I have just had a relook at your YouTube articles on train cassettes and I am really impressed with the way you have described your cassettes. In particular the emphasis on checking that the L section is straight ( I have checked my length and found it has a nice shallow curve which could be overlooked had I not checked it against a ruler. The other features I liked were the L joining section with prongs and the associated unlocking crank. By having the L join with two adjustable screw holes does ensure that the joint section both matches the cassette and can be adjusted to the connecting track section. Speaking of which the use of a short length of section track that was held with three washered screws over the sleepers is very sensible. Ala in all a well thought out and engineered cassette system which your YouTube articles clearly explain the process to avoid a failure. Very impressive and well done, Best wishes and regards, Echidna
I'm with you there Echidna For those who have not found the index of Gormo's shed it can be found here Gormo's shed index And this particular episode is Fiddle yard cassettes Paul
Not entirely my idea I must say gents, I have seen a few methods on the net and combined and adapted ideas to come up with the version you refer to. On the other hand, the lever release is entirely Gormo Eng. Dept. http://www.clickGormo
