Yes Bob, did get the brushes, and the motor runs fine. Not too sure what to do with it from here. It's probably only good for spears. Cheers phil
Had to rewire the motor. It was running in the wrong direction, and one wire was intermittently shorting out. Reasonably happy with the outcome....
