Raining today ... so vino room temperature ... anyway more work on Noch Noch ... catenary masts fitted (just a suggestion of catenary system not prototypical) 4 snow goats in the rocks (yep there is 4) workers digging out vehicles after heavy snow fall (the village classic vehicle club rallying round) and had a very enjoyable pla ... ? ... running session. and ordered Kato thingy stuff for 'Just in case' layout from Train Trax (very reasonable even with postage. Mast 1 Mast 2 4 snow goats digging for victory

The neighbour's come out to help after cleaning off his English moggy The digger's sobered up --- (no not you Gary) ... and the ticket clerk has snook off to build a snowman/person The station staff are franticly trying to stop the pesky kids from sledging on to the track The thin controller and a maintenance engineer talking to the ... ? ... overweight (so the other 5/8ths says) controller! A few corrections made and small additions ... and a short pla ... running session. I'm enjoying the fact that ''I've got a layout compact enough to pla ... operate in our apartment and also that i can now have fun re-building my smaller 'Just in case' layout ... best of both worlds ...

latest (and possibly last) addition to the layout (Kato ... the camera makes it look more plasticky than to the naked eye) 'I'll be putting my own tarpaulins on the wagons x 3 (I got two sets, the other loco is for my shunting layout 'Just in case') and the brake wagon? will be having surgery ... they'll add another dimension to Noch Noch.
Newest (and possibly last) 'what dear? .... yes i was just telling them .... anyway, I now have freight locos x 2 with assorted wagon/trucks and a passenger carriage, a steeple cab for either and a tram car. plenty to pla ... !? ... run trains with. In the snow i might add ...
Just sorted my new sound system --- the first is a MRRails battery operated steam chuffer fitted inside a box my watch arrived in ... certainly not for the purist but it suits me (I've got damaged hearing anyway) the second is a very small Bluetooth device that I can link to my phone for engine sounds or oompah band music (at Christmas) ... basically anything on YouTube
Another pla ... ! ... operating session today ... the tram may not be prototypical but on my layout anything is possible ... the steeple cab won't appear very often as its for my shunting layout and the trucks need loads and tarpaulins etc
